M2M shares a story from Kyle Martin from Time To Revive on how God provides. God has given us a horse!!   Not sure if you remember but recently we were given a “cart” but we didn’t have the “horse.”   In other words, we were blessed with a 50’ gooseneck trailer from a ministry partner for a minimal cost; yet we didn’t have anything to haul it with.   So 29 days ago, we sent out an email request needing a 1-Ton dually truck that could haul the trailer.  This email led to a couple of Holy Spirit-led conversations over the phone and email with various folks from different states…I am now pleased to announce – God has given us a horse!!    Time to Revive was officially given a 2011 Ford 350 1 Ton Dually.   Diesel.   Powerstroke.  46,000 miles.  White.  Power windows.  Extended Cab.  Hitch ready.  Clean.  Lined bed.    Did I mention free?  No cost at all.  So not only did the Lord provide our need – but He did it in such a way that has blown away our team.

The words of the Apostle Paul come to my mind, “Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us” (Eph 3:20).    That is exactly what the Lord did.  He did more than we could ask for.  He did more than we could think about.  God did it, and we are truly humbled by this generous gift.

So this afternoon, our Dallas Time to Revive team (staff and volunteers) loaded up the truck and trailer because we are headed to Devils Lake, North Dakota this Friday.   Approximately, 40-50 folks will be doing a two-day drive in preparation for the 7-day outreach in the Spirit Lake Region that starts this Monday, July 8th.     The horse and cart will now be hauling Bibles…lots of Bibles, wristbands, tables, a ladder, audio/video equipment, 10,000 door hangers, large banner, supplies for games, wood for the stage, etc…all so we can share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We recognize the 2011 Ford 350 truck and 50’ gooseneck trailer are tools provided by the Lord for us to help further the kingdom of God.  We don’t put our stock in it.  We don’t put our future in it.  Yet, God has decided to bless us with these resources in order to help us travel all throughout the Spirit Lake Region and spread the Good News.   And for that reason – to God be the glory.    Funny enough, we have begun calling the truck the “white bison.”  But as I think about how this story has unfolded…I think it is only appropriate to call it the “white horse.”    – Kyle Lance Martin
